4site collects the website address you submit and, when you provide it, your email address. The audit checks publicly available information about the business at that address.

Your email address is used to deliver your report and any artifacts you purchase. It is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing.

If you join the monitoring waitlist, we store your email, tier of interest, number of domains, signup time, and optional source audit. This information is used for monitoring availability updates and an internal signup summary. Joining does not create a subscription or authorize payment, and no confirmation email is sent.

If you ask to hear when our online-store audit is released, we store your email, your website and the signup time. We use them only to tell you when that audit is available. No confirmation email is sent.

If you tell us who your business serves (your city, your state or region, or nationwide), we store that answer with your audit and use it to score your report.

We store the industry you pick with your audit and use it to score your report. If our list has no match and you are scored as a General business, we also keep what you typed (up to 80 characters) so we can decide which industries to add next.

Payment details are handled by Stripe and never touch 4site servers. Audit data is retained so your report link keeps working.
