Refund policy

4site is operated by Kessler Agency LLC. Checkout is currently closed and monitoring is not built yet; this policy describes the rules for paid products when they become available.

Paid audits

If a paid audit can’t produce a score, you receive an automatic full refund. This is the only automatic full-refund condition.

For any other request, email hello@kessler.agency within 14 days of purchase with your purchase email, report URL, and a description of the issue. We review each request; a mismatch with expectations or a product description does not guarantee a refund.

Whether a refund is granted, in full or in part, is at the sole discretion of Kessler Agency LLC.

Monitoring subscriptions

When monitoring becomes available, you may cancel anytime. Access continues through the paid period, and cancellation stops the next renewal. There are no partial-month refunds; billing errors will be corrected.

Kessler credit and your rights

A refunded purchase no longer counts toward Kessler work. This policy doesn’t limit any rights you have under applicable law.
